Western Front presented a series of concerts as part of the inaugural du Maurier International Jazz Festival (now, Vancouver International Jazz Festival). 

The program featured performances by Bill Frisell, Tim Berne, and Alex Cline; Ran Blake; Jay Clayton Trio with Kenny Wheeler; Bill Smith Ensemble; Steve Lacy Sextet; David Moss; Evan Parker Trio; Gerry Hemingway; and Martin Barlett.

Presented in partnership with Coastal Jazz & Blues Society.
