Lola McLaughlin
Bio:
Lola McLaughlin was a dancer and choreographer based in Vancouver, Canada. Her work was seminally influenced by the punk movement of the early 1980s and her studies at the Freie Universitat in Berlin, where she encountered German dance theatre. MacLaughlin was a co-founder of the contemporary dance company EDAM, and formed her own company, Lola Dance.
