DB Boyko
Bio:
DB Boyko is an experimental vocalist based in Vancouver, Canada. Her work is influenced by studies in Javanese gamelan court music, dance, puppet theatre, and butoh. Boyko is the co-founder of several improvising ensembles, and leads the VOICE OVER mind Choir. For twenty years, Boyko was the director/curator of new music at Western Front, and is currently the arts programmer at Roundhouse Community Arts & Recreation Centre.
