Description:

As part of the International Festival of Telecommunication Art, artists Mike Hentz and Benjamin Heidersberger from the experimental European media group Van Gogh TV presented a live, interactive television broadcast titled TRANSAP 1: The Trans-American Satellite Art Project. Viewers were invited to participate in the broadcast via telephone, slowscan, email, and fax machine.
