To celebrate the launch of A Maior’s artist novella Retail Vérité: Vancouverama, Bruno Zhu of A Maior presented an artist talk at Art Metropole, followed by a conversation with Toronto-based writer Derek McCormack. Together they discussed the collective writing process behind Vancouverama, and their shared upbringing in family-run retail environments.
Presented in partnership with Art Metropole, Toronto and Bierke Verlag, Berlin, with support from the Mondriaan Fund.
