Description:

Jane Ellison hosted two simultaneous twelve-week workshops on alignment and experiential anatomy and movement. The workshops were educational and therapeutic, covering a range of topics including posture, mobility, bodywork techniques, and the major body systems: skeletal, muscular, organ, endocrine glands, fluids, and nervous systems.

Western Front is a non-profit artist-run centre in Vancouver.
