Description:

In the lead up to Sonic Boom Festival, Live Electroacoustic Arts Performance Society (LEAPS) presented Wymmn’s LEAP Day. This event featured a roundtable discussion on women and electroacoustic music led by Andra McCartney, and a performance of works by women composers Jan Berman, Susan Frykberg, Kathy Kennedy, Sue McGowan, Rita Ueda, and Hildegard Westerkamp.

Presented in partnership with Vancouver Pro Musica Society.
