HMBKR is an improvising experimental laptop quartet based in Vancouver, Canada composed of Ross Birdwise, Samuel Macklin, Constantine Katsiris, and Emma Hendrix. Their work is based on the fragmentation of pre-set parameters, minimalist drones, and unconventional tuning.
