Description:

Images from Infinity was a serialized art-television broadcast produced by Byron Black that aired on Cable 10. This special episode, titled “BC Wildlife,” is divided into two features exploring animal-themed artworks.

The first segment showcases documentation of Kate Craig’s performance Flying Leopard (1973), followed by a talk show parody in which Black interviews a scientist, played by Hank Bull, whose research focuses on the elusive spotted cat.

Splicing together found imagery with footage shot in Babyland, Roberts Creek, the second half of the thirty-minute episode finds Black in the role of “The Great White Ant Hunter” to loosely highlight the work of the American art collective Ant Farm.

Video documentation is available upon request.
