Monica Holden-Lawrence read from her forthcoming experimental novel Mad About the Crazy Lady (1977) in the Grand Luxe Hall. A section of the text was accompanied by a short film that visualized the book’s two female characters.

The event was presented as part of Western Front’s weekly Monday Night Reading Series.
