Description:

Poets on Video was a monthly screening series that showcased documentation of poetry performances held in the collections of Western Front and the American Poetry Archive. The events featured a book table by Proprioception Books.

This program featured materials from the American Poetry Archive highlighting three politically active American Modernist writers from 1974 to 1975: Kay Boyle reading from This is Not a Letter; Carl Rakosi reading from Amulet, Ere-Voice, and Ex Cranium, Night; and Charles Reznikoff reading over fifty poems from By the Well of Living and Seeing.

The screenings were introduced by poet George Oppen.
