An hour of presentations by local and international businesses invested in underground music and arts communities, presented as part of New Forms Festival 2019. 

In conversation with Salimeh Tabrizi, clinical counsellor and founder of the Cannabis Hemp Conference and Expo, Andrew Gordon discussed his work as the senior vice president of the Canadian dispensary Kiaro, and the relationship between cannabis and the LGBTQ community.

Sean Evans of Encore Canada (formerly Freeman Audio Visual) shared insider industry tips on how to turn transferable skills from working in nightlife into a career in corporate audiovisual production.

Matt Duane, founder of the Portland-based alternative booking agency OntheSly, discussed his work supporting emerging artists, touring, and the pros and cons of different forms of artist representation.

Oliver Baurhenn spoke about his work supporting emerging artists and music festivals in Europe and internationally through projects such as CTM Festival in Berlin, the European Union funded platform SHAPE+ Sound, and the global network of independent non-profit arts organizations International Cities of Advanced Sound.
