Description:

Western Front hosted artist Daniel Jolliffe for a talk as part of an external Upgrade! Vancouver program organized by Kate Armstrong.

Jolliffe spoke about his anonymous public speech project Public Voices, that comprised the mobile sculpture One Free Minute and new public speech projects in Quebec City, Canada and San Jose, United States.
