Deirdre Logue in Residence

Description:

Western Front hosted Deirdre Logue for a residency in which she researched expanded notions of image making and installation towards a new performance for the camera. Logue also further developed her ongoing twelve-channel video work Rough Count (2006), which documents the artist counting and recounting pieces of confetti in an exploration of the thresholds of memory. 

While in residence, Logue also hosted a screening of past works in the Grand Luxe Hall with respondent Judy Radul.
