As part of the du Maurier International Jazz Festival, Chicago-based free jazz musician Hal Russell performed a concert with his group NRG Ensemble, which included Steve Hunt (percussion), Kent Kessler (bass), Brian Sandstrom (guitar/trumpet), and Mars Williams (saxophone).
