Barry Truax
Bio:
Barry Truax is an electroacoustic composer and researcher based in Vancouver, Canada whose practice focuses on acoustic ecology. Truax is a professor emeritus in the School of Communication at Simon Fraser University, where he taught courses specializing in soundscape composition.
