Teruyuki Tsubouchi

Bio:

Teruyuki Tsubouchi was a Japanese artist who made mail art and avant-garde works in collaboration with Gutai artists. In 1972, he declared all road and traffic signs painted on streets with a speed limit of 40 km/h to be works of art, and based his subsequent art on this idea.
