Bio:

Guglielmo Achille Cavellini was an artist and art collector from Brescia, Italy. While his early work focused on painting and sculpture, his practice expanded to include Neo-Dada performance and mail art. Cavellini is recognized for coining the term "autostoricizzanione" (self-historicization), upon which he acted to create a deliberate, yet speculative, popular history through self-promotion.
