Nancy Nicol

Bio:

Nancy Nicol is a documentary filmmaker based in Toronto, Canada. Her work focuses on documenting grassroots organizing and social change, interpreting struggles over gender and sexuality through the lens of materialist class politics. Nicol is a professor in the Visual Arts and Art History Department at York University, and instigator of the international research project Envisioning Global LGBT Human Rights.
