Bernard Stiegler was a French philosopher who lectured widely and published over thirty monographs on philosophy, technology, digitization, capitalism, and consumer culture. He founded various political groups and pedagogical initiatives including the Institut de recherche et d’innovation at the Centre Georges-Pompidou, Paris.
