Makiko Hara

Bio:

Makiko Hara is an independent curator from Tokyo, Japan, based in Vancouver, Canada. Hara has curated numerous projects in the Pacific Rim that have forged new links between artists and institutions internationally. She has held positions at LIVE International Performance Art Biennale, Centre A: Vancouver International Centre for Contemporary Art, and Akita University of Arts.
