Olia Lialina

Olia Lialina is an Internet artist and theorist based in Moscow, Russia. A pioneer in net art, Lialina was a co-founder of the Geocities Research Institute and one of the first to make art for networked browsers. She writes on digital folklore, vernacular web, and human–computer interaction.
